SPECIAL ORDER items are not returnable (No Exceptions).
FOR QUICK SHIP STOCK ITEMS,  You must first call us and then get return authorization, (RA#) before returning any item! Return requests must be made within 10 days of our original shipping date. A 15% restocking charge will apply to all returns.
Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.

1. Instructions:
   Call us to get an RA# First.
2. Ship back your package immediately. RA's are only valid for 7 days and will not be extended.
3. Please indicate the reason for the return, and print the RA# number given by our office on the outside of the package in black magic marker, or your shipment will be refused at the dock. All returns must be accompanied by the packing slip, and detailed note.
4. You should insure your return for the value of the merchandise; we are not  responsible for lost or misdirected returns.

All exchanges must be accompanied by the packing slip and instruction note included. All exchange items will incur a $ 5.00 exchange fee.
Customer pays all freight.
